We are seeking skilled concrete professionals with commercial build experience. The focus will be building 15\'-17\' tall basement walls. Individuals might be asked to wear harnesses for this, which will be provided. Candidates will also be doing flat concrete work as well as footings for the foundations.
Candidates will be building forms, placing and tying rebar, placing / dragging concrete during the concrete pours, putting down vapor barrier, and other tasks. This role does not require finishing experience. Safety is paramount with this client. Candidates Bi-lingual in English and Spanish are preferred.
Must have power tools, reliable transportation, and job-site appropriate attire. Candidates Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, bend, stand, stoop, crawl, take direction from job-site supervision, be reliable, productive, and safe.
