Aston Carter Sales Support Specialist in Warminster, Pennsylvania

Job Title: Sales Support Specialist

This person is going to be assisting Operations and Sales/Purchasing with daily tasks. They will help update excel spreadsheets/reports relating to inventory, coordinate freight pickups/drop offs for the distribution side, handle PO's from clients when asking for quotes, and manage inventory log to ensure product is in.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle order entry and management, ensuring accuracy and timely processing

  • Take ownership of inquiries from quote request or order entry to shipment, overseeing the entire process to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Develop an appropriate level of technical knowledge about our offerings to answer surface level technical inquiries

  • Perform business transactions associated with quotes, sales orders, and operations

  • Support document control and management efforts, ensuring proper organization and maintenance of important business documents and records

  • Accurately enter customer contact information, such as name, address, phone # and email address

  • Verify any incomplete or illegible customer supplied contact information

  • Accurately record the products and quantities received in each shipment

  • Alert the Supervisor of any special or unusual requests

  • Assists coworkers with surplus tasks

  • Maintain a neat and orderly work area

  • Adhere to company policies and practices

  • Follow safety rules and common sense safety practices

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Warminster, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

The position is based at an address in Warminster, PA within a small and industrial office environment connected to a warehouse. This is an excellent oportunity to get your foot in the door with a great company! Working hours are 8:30am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
