Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (M-F)

Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring a seamless service experience from initial inquiry to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing knowledgeable assistance to customers.

  • Schedule estimates and coordinate installation appointments, ensuring efficient use of resources.

  • Facilitate payment arrangements and accurately manage invoicing processes.

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure smooth communication and timely service delivery.

  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions in our systems.

  • Assist in preparing estimates and proposals for potential clients.

  • Provide product information and guidance to customers, helping them make informed decisions.

  • Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing.

  • Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and suggestions for improving customer service processes.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.

  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling and record-keeping.
