WARE Human Resources Administrator Job Summary Kanzaki Specialty Papers Inc., located in Ware, MA, is a world leader in specialty coated materials and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Oji Holdings Co., Ltd., the 4th largest paper company in the world. Kanzaki has an opening for a HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR position. This position reports directly to the Human Resources Manager and will assist in the daily operations of the Human Resources Department. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. The HR Administrator will be involved in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and record-keeping. Duties include: Assist with job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate new hire orientations and onboarding processes. Help manage employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs. Maintain updated employee records, ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements. Support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee files and HR databases. Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs. Including tracking of employee leaves of absence (FMLA/PFML and Workers? Comp). Ensure all HR documentation is in compliance with legal requirements. Assist with planning and coordinating HR-related events and meetings. Perform other similar duties pertaining to human resource functions and activities. The successful candidate must be highly organized, have effective verbal and written communications skills, be able to multitask, be skilled with Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint) and have the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. The candidate must have at least one to three years of Human Resources and or Administration experience. Kanzaki offers a competitive salary and an excellent benefit program.
