QPS EMPLOYMENT GROUP Material Handler in WALWORTH, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Maintain stock in a well-organized condition - Supply required/needed materials to applicable departments to meet department and production requirements - Ensure components and materials are available to prevent disruption in the manufacturing cycle - Maintain proper stock locations and batch transfers - Operate material blenders as needed - Review daily run list for all shifts to ensure all parts are available in the department and stocked at the correct job locations where used per applicable process documentation - Communicate to the supervisor of any possibility of a shortage resulting in a disruption of production - Ensure accurate inventory data - Accountable for ensuring all material handler checklists/forms are completed and turned in (including lot traceability as applicable) - Follow work orders/applicable documentation for packaging instructions - Ensure the presence of quality status markings (clock number, stamp, etc.) prior to scanning for production - Move product to finished goods, notification of test pack parts as applicable - Ensure knowledge of internal and external containers and apply correct labels and the correct amount of labels per requirements - Ensure \"End of Run\" parts are labeled correctly with partial box labels - Ensure all old labels from empty containers are removed as applicable - Complete material change or job change from start to finish - Ensure all products that are salvaged and put back into the inventory stock are properly identified with the part number, quantity, and quality status - Perform 5S program on a daily basis maintaining \"plant tour ready\" conditions ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - Lift 30lbs - Stand for long periods of time in a manufacturing environment - Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions - Ability to read, write, and speak English at a level sufficient to perform job duties ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: elkhornpcs@qpsemployment.com Apply Online: https://www.qpsemployment.com/job-seekers/search-results/details/job/731166 This position is listed by a private employment agency.
