Patient Service Representative, DVH United Health Services is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our 20 West St Patient Accounting department at DVH in Walton, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

$15.61 - $23.45 per hour, depending on experience.
Overview
Performs clerical duties in a very professional and service-oriented manner. Primarily responsible for obtaining accurate demographic and insurance information from patients.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
Minimum Required:
High School Diploma or GED.
Computer and customer service skills.
Preferred:
- Prior Health care experience and CPR.
License/Certification
