Dynatrace VP, Legal - Regulatory and Compliance in Waltham, Massachusetts
Your role at Dynatrace

Reports directly to the Chief Legal Officer.
Lead, build, and oversee effective global compliance program per DOJ and SEC guidance, including internal investigations and reporting; anti-bribery and anti-corruption program controls and training; and other aspects of doing business with integrity and in accordance with evolving international laws and regulations.
Advise business partners, including senior executives, on ethics and regulatory compliance matters locally, nationally, and internationally as a subject matter expert, including the ongoing monitoring and tracking of trends, enforcement, and public policy.
Present to senior executives and the board of directors on ethics and regulatory compliance matters.
As needed, direct engagement with government officials.
Design, establish, and implement effective compliance strategies, policies, and procedures to drive company results while meeting legal requirements and customer expectations across all relevant sectors.
Work closely with the rest of the Legal team as well as cross functional business partners in Security, Internal Audit, Finance and the People & Culture teams to conduct risk assessments, develop and improve the control environment, and build and maintain customer trust.
What will help you succeed
Minimum Requirements:
20+ years of experience in compliance and regulatory law at a law firm or in-house at a leading technology company.
Juris Doctor required.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience building and leading a global compliance program, including leading teams.
Expertise in regulatory matters, including deep expertise in international trade, customs, export compliance, and experience communicating on behalf of the company with government officials.
Experience leading critical investigations.
Experience business partnering cross functionally, including with c-suite executives, and presenting to c-suite executives and/or public company boards of directors on critical matters.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to facilitate collaborative solutions.
Business communication and analytical skills, as well as a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Compensation and Rewards
DOE, salary $250K - $300K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
