Actalent Senior Manufacturing Associate in Waltham, Massachusetts
Your primary responsibilities will include;
Understanding and applying GMPs to specific responsibilities, adhering to safety procedures and guidelines, operating production equipment, performing processing steps, maintaining cleanliness in the process area, and ensuring the production area is stocked with supplies in order to manufacture cell therapies.
You will also be responsible for performing batch record review, procedure revisions, and work order generation, as well as supporting in and/or leading Commissioning and Validation activities.
In addition, you will contribute to the creation and revision of manufacturing documentation, maintain equipment operation, document all production efforts, and assist in identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities.

This is a fully on-site position in Waltham, Massachusetts.
Work Environment
The successful candidate will be working in a team of 3-4 people in a fast-paced environment. You need to be flexible and willing to pick up overtime. You will be working in a lab setting. Your typical work week will be Monday to Friday, but flexibility for weekend work is required as needed.
