About The Role

Veralto is seeking a Manager, Total Rewards Administration, North America, HR Shared Services , to contribute to the mission of the Shared Services team, which is to deliver the best associate experience and enable our HR teams and associates to focus on the highest-value work through operational excellence, technology and analytics.

This role has the flexibility to be fully remote in the USA.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Leads a team delivering the daily Total Rewards administration operations for a specific region

  • Assists the Knowledge and Quality Lead, and in collaboration with the Total Rewards Center of Excellence (CoE), with creating and maintaining accurate and robust knowledge for our Service Partners and associates related to Total Rewards

  • Partners with the Core HR Global Process Owner (GPO), Service Delivery Team and Total Rewards Center of Excellence (CoE) to map and document Service Delivery processes and identify continuous improvement opportunities

  • Serves as the Total Rewards point of contact for the Americas Shared Service Delivery Teams

  • Acts as SME and executes Leave of Absence and ADA accommodations requests for associates

  • Ensures optimal relationships with business partners and Center of Excellence (COE) Teams

  • Upholds consistent application of policies and procedures

  • Manages the team’s assigned caseload in the ticketing system

  • Measures Total Rewards Administration impact and continuous improvement opportunities

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources

  • 2-5 years of leadership experience

  • Previous relevant experience administering and applying FMLA, parental leave, short-term disability along with HIPAA and ADA requirements

  • Proven experience with compensation programs, benefits programs, market trends, and compliance with compensation laws

  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities

  • Metrics-driven

  • Previous Workday HRIS experience

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Medical or government field pertaining to ADA, Worker’s Compensation or disability

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $125,000 - $135,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
