Description
We are working with a local mutual bank in Waltham MA to fill their VP Commercial Loan Servicing Manager position. This role is hybrid - 2 days in office.
This role involves reconciling General Ledger accounts, managing the Commercial Loan Servicing team, and ensuring compliance and customer service excellence. Key responsibilities include improving servicing processes, handling audit responses, and reporting non-performing loans. Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability for additional duties are essential.
Requirements
Qualifications:
At least 6 years in loan servicing and 3 years in a management role
A solid understanding of commercial real estate documentation, various loan products, and the commercial lending life cycle is crucial.
Experience with servicing core systems
Strong accounting skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
The ability to creatively resolve business issues within established processes
