Job Description
We are seeking a bilingual QC Technician Lead to oversee our Quality Control (QC) team and ensure the efficient operation of our packaging room. This role requires strong managerial skills to assist with QC activities and ensure that all processes are conducted correctly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Assist the QC team and ensure the packaging room runs efficiently.
Observe and verify that the team is performing tasks correctly.
Lead and manage a team of quality control staff.
Ensure compliance with USDA regulations and other relevant standards.
Implement and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Monitor oxygen levels and ensure proper sealing of products.
Help with efficiency improvements and implementation of new processes.

Team Management: You'll manage a team of quality control staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they perform their tasks correctly. This includes training, supervising, and motivating the team to achieve their best performance. Collaboration: You'll work closely with other departments, including the COO/Regulatory to ensure seamless operations. This collaborative approach helps in addressing any issues promptly and maintaining a high level of efficiency. Dynamic and Hands-On: The work environment is dynamic and hands-on, requiring you to be actively involved in various aspects of the production and packaging process. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00
