Our Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician Technician salary is based on skills, knowledge and experience. The maintenance classifications rates range between $31.23/hr. to $38.02/hr. After successfully completing the training period, candidate will transition to a straight shift depending on where the opening occurs. Perform a variety of maintenance tasks to diagnose, repair, rebuild, and replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and steam systems on all plant manufacturing and support equipment. Work as part of a team in a manufacturing operation with a goal of safely performing preventive maintenance activities, answering break down calls in a production environment, increasing productivity; decreasing downtime and waste. Follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures. Work with a sense of urgency to reduce downtime of machines. All Maintenance Technician positions are multi-craft, and training is provided to develop these skills. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Be passionate about maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Minimum two years of experience successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment. A Technical Degree in mechanical or electrical trades is a plus. The production schedule is three shifts. Maintenance Technicians are placed on shifts according to plant needs and seniority.
