Description We are in the process of recruiting a Quality Assurance Analyst for our team located in Waller, Texas, 77484, United States. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity and functions within the Quality Assurance sector. The Quality Assurance Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring our products and services uphold the highest quality standards. This involves the development and implementation of quality control procedures, conducting thorough inspections and tests, and leveraging data analysis to resolve quality issues.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and put into practice quality control procedures, aligning them with industry standards and our company objectives.

• Perform regular inspections and tests on our products, processes, and services to identify and address any defects or non-conformities.

• Collect and analyze quality data to recognize trends, root causes of issues, and areas for improvement.

• Conduct rigorous investigations of quality problems, identify the root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent a recurrence.

• Monitor and report on key quality metrics such as defect rates, customer satisfaction, and process capability.

• Maintain compliance with relevant quality standards, regulations, and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, FDA, GMP).

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, manufacturing, and customer service to ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.

• Utilize quality management tools and software (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, SPC) to streamline processes and enhance overall product and service quality.

• Leverage technical skills such as Android Development, Atlassian Jira, Bug Tracking, Database, EO/IR systems, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Auditing, Call Center Customer Service, Customer Service, Selenium, Zephyr, Python, Java, and Microsoft SQL to perform job duties effectively. Requirements • Must possess skills in Android Development

• Proficient in using Atlassian Jira

• Experience in Bug Tracking is essential

• Must have knowledge of Database and EO/IR systems

• Proficiency in AB Testing and Agile Scrum is required

• Experience in Auditing is a plus

• Familiarity with Call Center Customer Service and Customer Service in general

• Must have experience with Selenium and Zephyr

• Proficiency in Python and Java is required

• Proficient in using Microsoft SQL

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented and able to identify, track and resolve issues

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Good team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
