Role Summary:
As a System Administrator, you will play a central role in configuring and maintaining our server-based systems.
Your expertise ensures that our IT infrastructure operates smoothly and that we implement future-proof solutions that meet the highest standards. In the future, you will take the lead of a small team responsible for system administration.

As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining our Windows and Linux-based server systems.

Configure and maintain Windows and Linux-based server systems
Manage and maintain Active Directory
Monitor system performance and ensure system availability
Identify and resolve technical issues
Assist in the implementation and management of client systems
Provide 3rd level support behind end-user support
Document IT processes and systems
Take on a leadership role in a small team responsible for system administration
What You will Bring:
Fluent in German and English
At least 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role
Deep knowledge in configuring and managing Windows and Linux server systems
Leadership experience or willingness to take on a leadership role
Basic knowledge of IT security standards and best practices
Experience with Active Directory and network services
