YOUR FUTURE ROLE
We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled SuccessFactors LMS expert with a minimum of 7 years of experience within the SuccessFactors space plus ideally also Solution Architect experience.
Expectation and Tasks
You are a curious mind, capable of planning your own agenda and career, not afraid to lead the implementation of the latest technologies, get energized from making customers enthusiastic about innovative SuccessFactors solutions, like to work to work hard in a team of passionate and experienced colleagues.
Your role involves, but is not limited to, delivery of business and technology architectural advisory services within customer engagements, pre-sales activities and during discussions with our stakeholders in the MU/Region. You are a good problem solver, a creative and innovative thinker and an excellent team player with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.
As per the business needs, which might vary, you will conduct the following tasks (but is not limited to this list):
Provide architecture advisory services
Lead and support LMS projects including supporting partner engagements and playing a key role during customer escalations.
Lead near-shore and off-shore consultants on projects, together with the Project Manager.
Bring thought leadership in your domain of expertise
YOUR PROFILE
Holding a bachelors or masters degree in Business Information Technology, Business Engineering, Applied Economics, Human Resources or equivalent OR demonstrable knowledge and experience gained in another way.
Solid experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) solution plus ideally covering also other functional SAP SuccessFactors skill areas (e.g. Employee Central (EC))
Ideally solid experience in acting as Solution Architect on SAP SuccessFactors projects
Great communicator, organized, and quick at learning and understanding new technologyskills with an aptitude and passion for working with people.
Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills who is eager to always learn.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Good understanding of SAP cloud and hybrid deployment models
Agile mindset.
Able to negotiate on all levels with customer/partners and with internal stakeholders.
Can manage well his/her own work-life balance situation.
Able to interpret and translate SAPs Strategy in your daily work and to others.
Fluent language skillsin german and english.
