What youll do

With the evolution of AI technologies and convergence of robotic process automation, process integration, -orchestration, and -insights we are entering the era of AI-driven Process Automation. Become part of our team and build with us the next-generation platform for Intelligent Enterprise Automation.   • Maintaining a community approach as part of our employee-centered program and unit processes and communications.

  • Preparing data to help improvedecision-making.

  • Assisting the Leadership in their daily work activities.

  • Evangelization of the unit principles and values.

  • Working on the cultural transformation journey in a diverse organization across multiple locations in Germany, France, and India.

What you bring

Requirements for this role include:

  • University degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Communication/Design, Business Administration, or attached disciplines.

  • Experience in running projects in a highly diverse environment with a positive, outcome-driven attitude.

  • You can bring together various opinions and stakeholders, therefore workshop-facilitation skills like Design Thinking are beneficial).

  • You can visualize and communicate your work in a clear, structured, and easily comprehensible way.

  • Excellent English and German language skills - written and spoken.

  • Basic Knowledge in Program Management and Operations.

  • Experience with tools such as Office365, Jira, Craft.io, Mural, and figma is a plus.

  • Beneficial: Good understanding of user-centered Product Engineering Processes with prioritizations, validations, and iteration cycles.
