Role Summary:
As a Technical Application Specialist, you will play a central role in the technical and content-related support of our self-hosted and SaaS applications provided by various vendors.
Your expertise ensures that our applications operate smoothly and meet the highest standards. In the future, you will take the lead of a small team responsible for application support.
Role Description:
As a Technical Application Specialist, you will be responsible for the technical and limited content-related support of our applications.
You will work closely with various departments to ensure that the applications meet user needs and are efficiently operated.
Additionally, you will identify and resolve technical issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of the application landscape.
In the future, you will take the lead of a small team responsible for application support.
What You will Do:
Provide technical and limited content-related support for self-hosted and SaaS applications
Collaborate with various departments to ensure applications meet user requirements
Monitor application performance and ensure availability
Identify and resolve technical issues
Assist in the further development and optimization of applications
Document application processes and systems
Take on a leadership role in a small team responsible for application support
What You will Bring:
Fluent in German and English
At least 3 years of experience in application support or a similar role
Deep knowledge in the technical support of applications, both self-hosted and SaaS solutions
Experience collaborating with various departments
Basic knowledge of IT security standards and best practices
Leadership experience or willingness to take on a leadership role
