We are also looking for someone who can quickly connect and build trust effectively with a variety of people.. What will you do? Provide management for properties owned/managed by the WWHA. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks. Maintain up-to-date desk manual. Maintain a positive public image and is responsive to customers, constituents and colleagues. What education, experience, skills and competencies do I need? Obtain and maintain Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) certification within one (1) year of hire date and as required thereafter. Requires two (2) years combination of education and/or experience in related field with combination of one or more community relations and interviewing skills. Requires high school diploma or GED equivalent. Initiative, collaboration and teamwork. Attention to detail. Are you ready to join our team?
