Description Occupational Therapist - Occupational Therapy, Providence St. Mary Medical Center, Walla Walla, WA The staff Occupational Therapist functions under the general supervision of the rehabilitation leadership team and the department director. The staff Occupational Therapist assumes responsibility and accountability for a designated group of patients and provides occupational therapy evaluations, modalities and treatments in accordance with established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, maintaining the highest degree of quality patient care. Shift Details: Per-Diem, Day Shift Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: Occupational Therapy Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire: A background check and motor vehicle report will be completed every 2 years, if applicable Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree: Occupational Therapy Ph.D: Occupational Therapy One year: In an Occupational Therapist capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility or other related medical field Why Join Providence?
