Successful candidate will manage all employee relations issues, investigations, reward programs and recognition initiatives! Progressive discipline and counseling at all phases. Deliver month end metrics on employee relations and employee engagement. Management coaching, corrective action process and employee relations issues, including legal and regulatory compliance issues. Assists with processing of terminations. Assists with workplace investigations. Disciplinary actions. Exit Communications. Onboarding. Required Skills Bachelor's Degree or relevant professional experience in lieu of degree. 2-5 years of Employee relations experience (would consider experience with HR employee counseling). Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures. Strong communication, investigative and people-skills Maintain high confidential information. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Proficient with Microsoft functions. Bilingual a plus, but not required.
