Responsibilities: Work with business process owners to analyze, document, and transform existing processes into robotic process automated solutions that drive operational efficiencies. Partner with cross functional colleagues and stakeholders to embrace and adopt robotic process automation and next-in-class technologies such as, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. Provide a strong level of experience and knowledge of RPA technology and associated methodology to support the business in automating manual processes with high automation potential. Work closely with business process owners and users to analyze and document business practices and processes, review designs and implement user acceptance testing. Create and maintain detailed solution and process documentation. Configure new automation processes using workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easily understood. Work closely with IT to understand connectivity and impact to existing applications associated with proposed automation solutions. Configure commands or write script to execute tasks or processes as specified in requirements and design documents; review incremental progress with a process subject matter expert to validate functionality. Complete end-to-end functionality testing with test data; validate functionality testing and results with subject matter experts. Communicate and escalate software-related issues to RPA vendors, suggesting improvements and interacting with other third-party resources.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field and two years in the job offered or two years process automation. Experience must include two years each of the following: Automation Anywhere; programming concepts, requirements gathering, process design and development lifecycle; and experience in an Agile project environment. Experience may be gained concurrently.
