We are seeking highly motivated and reliable candidates seeking an executive assistant opportunity into America's premier sales and clean energy companies. Primary Duties: This position will be responsible for assisting the administrative needs of the Vice President of Sales, providing support and aid in data analysis, content creation, managing calendars and appointments, etc. The successful candidate will possess strong attention-to-detail and commitment to quality. They will have the continuing ability to deliver structural and systemic suggestions while also maintaining stability and security of existing functionality. RESPONSIBILITIES Organize data and integrate into concise reports/presentations Responsible for creating meeting agendas, taking meeting minute notes, & researching on inquiries/concerns Create and facilitate agendas, memos, and proposals for all related meetings Willing to travel to corporate office in Wall, NJ when needed DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Must have Bachelors Degree (Communications, Organizational Studies, or Marketing preferred) Must be advanced/proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Excel and PowerPoint certified mandatory Must have experience in creating business proposals and memos Must have excellent communication skills- oral and written Must be self-driven & highly motivated Must have excellent problem solving/troubleshooting skills Must have excellent organizational skills Must be flexible occasionally working a few weekend and evening hours Must have computer and internet access Preferred some experience in Salesforce software and reporting Ability to work well as a team member Ability to adapt to change and changing needs of the company Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to work effectively with technical colleagues to understand, analyze and improve upon integrated business systems and applications What We Offer Not just a career... but a career path to success!
