Roles & Responsibilities Preparing and sorting documents for data entry. Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents. Printing records and prep for mailing/services. Assisting with special projects as needed. Qualifications & Experience Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office is required. Knowledge of the solar industry is a plus. Desired attributes include organizational and time management skills, strong decision making and problem solving, team player and attention to detail. Ability to establish priorities systematically with focus and organization. Professional and courteous communication through phone conversations, email and text messaging.
