Robert Half Business Systems Analyst in Walbridge, Ohio

Description We are offering an opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst in the Transportation Equipment Manufacturing industry, based in Walbridge, Ohio. This role involves analyzing business processes, developing custom solutions to improve efficiency and productivity across the organization. You will be focusing mainly on system integrations and building Power Apps tailored to meet the specific needs of our business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs

• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and automation

• Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI

• Integrate Power Platform solutions with existing systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics, to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams throughout the development and implementation phases

• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Power Platform solutions to ensure reliability and performance

• Document system architecture, design specifications, and user guides for developed solutions

• Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate adoption and maximize utilization of Power Platform solutions

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in system integration and Power Platform development Requirements • Must have a degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the Transportation Equipment Manufacturing industry

• Proficient in Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Power Automate

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies

• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle

• Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools

• Demonstrable experience in conducting cost/benefit analysis
