Join our company and be part of an innovative team that’s First in Food. Location Description Wakefield is one of the largest production facilities within Michael Foods. We serve as a flex plant and are able to produce everything from a whole pasteurized egg to liquid, dried, hardboiled and curds. Responsibilities Job Summary: The Line Loader is responsible for ensuring efficient loading of machines, removal of flats, and maintaining cleanliness in the designated area. Adherence to safety protocols is paramount, with a focus on reinforcing safety as a core value. Compliance with food safety and quality standards is integral to minimizing product and process variability. Job Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and organization around loading machines. Transfer cases from pallets to conveyors for loading. Remove stuck eggs from plastic flats. Clear empty flats from the stacker. Dispose of inedible waste after shift clean-up. Conduct minor troubleshooting of production loaders. Promptly report mechanical issues to management. Follow Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs). Adhere to safe work practices and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Ensure sanitary conditions and uphold product quality. Report any conditions or practices affecting safety or food quality. Ensure a safe and healthy workplace for all. Available for weekend, holiday, and overtime work as needed. Maintain regulatory compliance. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications

Education and Experience Required:

Less than high school education.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:

Previous manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues. Basic literacy and numeracy skills. Effective communication abilities. Capacity to lift and carry 50lbs safely. Comfort working independently or in a team. Self-motivated with a willingness to seek guidance. Responsible and adaptable to change. Capable of working in diverse environmental conditions. Good hand-eye coordination. Physical agility for standing, bending, and reaching.
