Description Position Summary: The Program Support Coordinator provides team support that may include daily oversight and management of participants including onboarding and ongoing support, case file support, data entry and data maintenance to the assigned team. This position serves as an advocate for participants, conducting case management activities and helps in obtaining verifications and documentation according to requirements. The Program Support Coordinator will interact with internal and external teams to deliver seamless services to individuals and ensure that positive relationships are maintained resulting in optimal employment outcomes for individuals served. Program Support Specialist Services: Orient participants to worksite and ensures they are trained on organizational rules, policies and procedures. Communication/Customer Service: Communicate in a clear, consistent, and positive manner to internal and external customers. Documentation: Coordinate and track other pertinent ancillary information that impacts an individual's services as needed or assigned.
