Robert Half Customer Experience Specialist in Wahiawa, Hawaii

Description

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. Located in WAHIAWA, Hawaii, you will be playing a crucial role in delivering high-quality customer service via phone and email in a distribution site environment. The role requires extensive interaction with customers, including handling customer orders, addressing complaints, resolving billing issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email

• Handle customer orders and cancellations efficiently

• Address and resolve customer complaints and billing issues promptly

• Coordinate shipping and receiving schedules to ensure timely delivery of orders

• Collect payments from customers in a timely and effective manner

• Provide support to Accounts Receivable duties and Sales Summaries

• Utilize CRM and Database systems to maintain accurate customer records

• Leverage Cloud Technologies for efficient customer service delivery

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to maintain and analyze customer data

• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution and service delivery.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies, CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, Microsoft Excel

• Experience in Customer Account management, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Success

• Knowledge of About Time software is preferred.

Requirements • Proficient in Cloud Technologies to aid in managing customer data and interactions

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for managing customer interactions

• Knowledge of databases for storing and managing customer information

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems to support customer experience initiatives

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting

• Experience with About Time software for customer time tracking

• Ability to handle Customer Account management for maintaining customer relationships

• Committed to Customer Satisfaction to ensure positive customer experience

• Experience in Customer Service, providing assistance and advice to customers

• Proven track record in achieving Customer Success, improving customer relationship and retention.
