The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front-of-House Operations:Manage staff scheduling, customer service, and presentation of the dining room and bar areas.
  • Kitchen Team Management:Ensure timely and quality food delivery, resolve service issues, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Talent Development:Hire, train, and retain talent to deliver extraordinary customer service.
  • Inventory Management:Conduct regular inventory checks and order restaurant supplies as required to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent stock-outs.
  • Financial Management:Work with Operating Partners on financial reports and budget management to ensure profitability for the restaurant.
  • Health and Safety:Provide guidance on cleaning, sanitation, and food safety procedures, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and training.
Requirements:
  • Education:High school diploma/GED, equivalent work experience.
  • Experience:1+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
  • Certifications:Food Handlers Certification, Food Safety Certification (requirement may vary based on city, county or state).
