Your job?
You are accountable for value creation, business continuity and execution of the digital portfolio in M&S site. In that respect, the Digital M&S Site Manager - Vitry is accountable of all Digital services delivered to the site(s). This encompasses but is not limited to digital infrastructure (WAN/LAN, Desktop, local servers, …), global and local Digital application support (Manufacturing ERP, Shopfloor solutions, LIMS, AI/GenAI,….), Compliance and Cybersecurity, maximizing the business value and stakeholder’s satisfaction.
The Digital M&S Site Manager drives digital operational excellence and continuous improvement for all Digital services delivered to the site(s) and will require working closely with the different Business area senior leaders, across the different digital M&S product lines, Digital Tech, Services and Experts to ensure that we are clearly identifying customer needs, prioritizing features and developing the program vision and roadmap.
The position will also participate the budget cycle and Strat Plan/LRP for the related site and has the responsibility to manage Digital site budget and digital site portfolio.
About your Education and experience:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
M.S In Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, System Analysis, Engineering or other similar areas is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to build trust quickly, high degree of empathy and expertise at managing senior, cross-functional relationships and grow collaborative partnerships, proactively and consistently inspire others, to achieve business outcomes in an ever-changing environment.
Excellent communication skills to define and communicate coherent vision and purpose, distill complex issues into clear and actionable recommendations, draw conclusions, make recommendations, establish areas of responsibility, anticipate costs, identify measures of success, and assist in execution clearly and effectively.
Demonstrated experience as a leader with the ability to attract, recruit, and develop talent, connect both on an individual level and in large groups, foster, encourage and (when needed) enforce accountability, cultivate entrepreneurship, and learn the strengths and weaknesses of the team ensure all succeed.
Lead in a dynamic environment of change, challenge, and multiple priorities, resolving obstacles, impediments, and roadblocks by effectively partnering with executives to manage sponsorship and accomplish goals. Strategic thinker, with a track record of delivering results, exceeding goals and making credible and actionable decisions through a combination of analysis, experience, judgment and insight.
