Description
We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team in assisting with everyday operations of the Human Resources department. Your job as an HR Generalist will be multifaceted and will require you to be familiar with all areas of human resources including recruitment, HR administration, compliance, and benefits and leave management.
Responsibilities:
Assist with talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Administer compensation and benefit plans.
Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development.
Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
Coordinate with Management to craft policies and procedures.
Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
Strong ethics and reliability.
BSc/BA in Business Administration or a relevant field.
