We're seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to bolster our HR endeavors and oversee diverse aspects of HR administration. As an HR Assistant, you'll be pivotal in delivering administrative support, managing employee records, fostering recruitment, and delivering stellar service to our workforce. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including organizing meetings, drafting documents, and managing correspondence.

  • Meticulously maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

  • Spearhead the recruitment process, from crafting job postings and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.

  • Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, coordinating orientation sessions and assisting with paperwork.

  • Serve as a frontline resource for employee inquiries, offering guidance and assistance with HR-related matters.

  • Collaborate with team members to enhance HR processes and procedures, striving for efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by HR leadership.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as human resources, business administration, or psychology, is preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative role, with exposure to HR functions being advantageous.

  • Exceptional organizational abilities, with a knack for managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in data management and record-keeping.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with HRIS platforms.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization.

  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
