Role Description: J&J Southeast Asia (SEA) is part of the J&J family of companies. The SEA Regional Product Manager – Rare Diseases will be responsible for leading the strategic commercial direction for our growing portfolio in Rare Disease. This role will be responsible for working with the operating companies of Johnson & Johnson in SEA to drive the growth of our Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) portfolio and a growing pipeline of other rare disease therapies across multiple Therapeutic Areas (TA’s).
As a member of the SEA Regional Pharmaceutical Sector Marketing Team you will be leading the Value Excellence Framework and its adoption in the development of our Business Plans. This person will be a strong listener and collaborator with a proven track record of building relationships to develop the right commercial strategies and its execution tactically across the cross functional team.
Duties and responsibilities :
Coordinate the commercial direction for our Rare Diseases Portfolio
Work with the cross functional team to implement the tactical plan for PAH
Collaborate closely with Local, Regional and Global Teams to influence on behalf of this region on the needs of the portfolio.
Implement Value Excellence Framework in the delivery of our planning cycle inclusive of long-range financial planning and business planning.
Deliver insights for the Rare Disease Portfolio that enhance our planning for growth in these disease areas.
Develop Patient and Physician Journey Mapping to inform the local markets in their planning.
Ability to disseminate the clinical data from the development programs within our Rare Disease portfolio to the SEA teams.
Manage the Budget for the portfolio and deliver on the regional tactical plan.
5+ years marketing/commercial operations experience required
Degree qualified or Master Degree preferred.
Demonstrable collaboration skills required
Experienced in applying Value Excellence Framework to strategic planning processes
Experience developing and executing strategic business planning and forecasting
Proven leadership capabilities
