Job Description

医療用医薬品の安全管理業務を中心に担っていたいだくポジションです。担当いただく製品は国内外で販売されており、当該医薬品の個別症例情報・文献情報の取扱いとそれらに関連する業務を中心に担っていただきます。業務にあたってはGlobal PVチーム及び国内提携会社との連携も必要となります。

チーム全体で以下の業務を担っています。中心業務の他については、これまでのご経験に合わせて分担して対応いただきます。

GVPに基づく安全性情報の処理

• 入手した安全管理情報の処理（評価・安全性データベースへの入力・評価資料の作成・フォローアップ等）: 使用する安全性データベースはGlobal safety databaseであり、入力言語は英語

• 安全性評価／安全対策に係る案件に関する当社Global Head QuarterのPVチーム及び国内提携会社との協議、業務の推進

• 規制当局へのICSR報告

• 安全管理情報中の品質関連情報・外国における措置情報のモニタリング

• 安全管理情報のデータ収集及び症例評価プロセスの管理・運用

• GVP-SOP、Working Instruction等の安全性症例処理関連手順書類の作成・改訂・維持管理

規制当局対応等に関する業務

• 定期報告等の安全性情報管理に係る各種文書作成

• 安全性データベースからのデータ抽出、抽出されたデータの集計分析

• 規制当局からの製品の安全性に係る照会事項への対応

• 潜在的な問題又はシグナルに注意を喚起することにより、製品の安全性プロファイルのモニタリングにおいてGlobal PVチームに必要なサポートの提供

規制等遵守のための管理・対応等に関する業務

• 文書及び記録の保管・管理

• 自己点検の実施・報告

• 関連するPV operation tool類の管理と保守

• 社内外・国内外のステークホルダーによる監査への対応

• 規制当局の査察及び監査に必要な支援の提供

• チームメンバーに対するトレーニング及びメンタリングの実施

• 各種契約締結・管理、合意手順書レビュー・管理

<望まれる経験・スキル>

• 医薬品の安全管理業務における3年以上の経験

• 2年以上の安全性症例処理経験

• 安全性データベース使用経験者で、症例情報処理、データ抽出、抽出されたデータの集計分析の経験

• 一般OAスキル（Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook）中級程度

• GVP、ICH等関連法規・規制等を理解・習熟している方が望ましい

• 社内（国内･外）関連部門と協調的、建設的な関係を築け、円滑に業務を遂行し、良好な関係を築くことができるコミュニケーションスキル

• 学士以上を修了されている方（薬学・医学・化学分野の素養があれば望ましい。薬剤師の資格をお持ちであれば尚可）

• 日常業務において、コンプライアンスを遵守した行動ができる。

• 過去の事例や慣習に捉われず、変化を前向きにとらえ取り組む積極性と柔軟性

• 複数案件を同時並行で、タイトなタイムラインであっても期限を遵守して進めることができる業務管理スキル

• グローバルとやり取り可能な英語力（資格は不要ですが、読み書き/メールやチャットなどによるコミュニケーション、グローバル会議のための資料作成・議論準備等が必要となります）
