Role Responsibilities 1.The Assistant Mobile Site Director position reports to the Mobile Site Director of Women, Infants, and Children and assists in overseeing the daily operations of the Mobile WIC Food Truck. 2. The position also provides direct supervision of center associates, staff training and development, discipline, and performance evaluations. 3.This position includes maintaining a flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. 4.The WIC Mobile Assistant Site Director is responsible for overseeing monthly inventory center audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory data. 5.Review monthly inventory and research and reconcile inventory discrepancies in a timely manner. Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock levels. 6.The Mobile Assistant Site Director will Maintain Mobile operations by initiating, coordinating, and ensuring effective operations and maintaining compliance with personnel policies and procedures of the Agency funding bodies and external vendors. 7.Assist in and maintaining required food safety and vehicle Maintenance records. 8.Ensure adequate staff scheduling and oversight of time-keeping administration. Provide continuous staff development and training to Food Truck staff on products, policies, procedures, and applicable standards. 9. Review staff performance and assess learning needs with the WIC Mobile Food Center Director. Prepares monthly inventory reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. 10. Proven experience operating medium-sized box trucks for deliveries and transporting larger loads efficiently. Familiar with safe loading and unloading and ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations. PLEASE NOTE: Perform other job-related duties as assigned Education and Experience Requirements: Preferred Education: Associate's Degree Minimum Education: High School / GED Preferred Experience: Management and Retail Experience; Advanced Microsoft Office Skills Word, Excel, and Outlook Minimum Experience: Management and Retail Experience; Advanced Microsoft Office Skills Word, Excel, and Outlook Preferred Relevant Experience: 4-6 Years Minimum Relevant Experience: 2--4 Years Preferred Certification/Licensure: ServSafe Manager Certification and Forklift Minimum Certification/Licensure: Food Handler Certification and Forklift Physical Requirements: Kneel and move from sitting, bending, kneeling, or standing multiple times a day. Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds. Climb up and down flights of stairs. Lift up to 10 pounds.
