Western Carolina University Visiting Assistant Professor - Musical Theatre Vocal Performance - #182753 in United States
Minimum Qualifications:
MFA in Musical Theatre or MFA /MM in Vocal Performance. Individuals without a terminal degree but with commensurate professional experience will also be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
MFA in Musical Theatre or DMA /PhD in Music Education (with vocal concentration) or Vocal Performance.
At least three years of experience teaching in higher education. Demonstrated professional experience in the Musical Theatre world, including, but not limited to: Performance, Music Directing, Vocal Coaching, Vocal Direction, Composition, Arrangement, or Rehearsal Accompanist/Musical Director.
Demonstrated commitment to and excellence in teaching diverse student populations, including first-generation college students.
