As a Full-Time Vending Accounting Manager at First Choice Food and Beverage Solutions, you will take on an exciting role that is pivotal in protecting and expanding our market reach to its maximum potential. Your expertise will be instrumental in studying and implementing strategies to develop vending and micro-market accounts for optimal sales. You'll actively solicit new accounts while ensuring existing ones receive exceptional follow-up, meeting their unique needs with urgency. Collaborating closely with Operations Managers and Route Drivers, you'll advise on sales programs and promotions, ensuring every team member contributes to achieving outstanding sales results.

Your work will involve generating insights on potential accounts, promoting the benefits of our services, and conducting training sessions to elevate team performance. A solid knowledge of the beverage industry and its products is key to understanding market opportunities. Excellent oral communication skills will enable you to negotiate, listen to customer concerns, and deliver compelling presentations. Strong writing abilities are necessary for preparing proposals and other communications, while superb organizational skills will help you manage your time effectively and execute responsibilities seamlessly.

You should also possess advanced trade math skills and essential computer capabilities to conduct analyses and reports. Strong problem-solving skills are a must, along with the ability to make sound business decisions. Finally, familiarity with routing structures will aid in optimizing operations, and a valid Class D driver's license is required to fulfill job responsibilities efficiently.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in developing marketing strategies is preferred.

  • Knowledge of the beverage industry and products preferred.

  • Requires excellent oral communication skills including the ability to negotiate

  • Requires strong writing skills to prepare communications complete paperwork and prepare proposals.

  • Requires organization skills to manage time effectively and execute responsibilities.

  • Requires a working knowledge of the routing structure.

  • A valid class D driver's license is required with satisfactory completion of Motor Vehicle Check according to Vehicle Safety Policy.
