Our Client, is an Energy Services company, is looking for a UI UX Designer for their Grand Rapids, MI location. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
Design and prototype user interfaces using Figma, focusing on the principles of effective design.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions scientifically.
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas clearly.
Implement A/B testing to evaluate design choices and optimize user experiences based on data.
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency.
Ensure designs are responsive and work seamlessly across various devices and platforms.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Requirements
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
Analyzing user feedback and data to make informed design decisions.
Strong understanding of user experiences principles and best practices.
Strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions.
Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.
Knowledge of design systems and component libraries
