    Launch your career as aTraineein Electrical Engineering for assignments e.g. at our

    Burghausen (Bavaria)orNünchritz (Saxony) site starting inOctober 2024.

    Our 18-month trainee program will introduce you to a variety of responsibilities in plant design and in plant maintenance, specialty and project engineering and will integrate you into our day-today business.

    Your responsibilities

  • Plant engineering support, optimization of electrical plant components in the field of energy and automation technology as well as electrical building equipment

  • Design and implement automation and digitalization concepts using the latest technologies such as AI and digital twins

  • Carry out project planning duties for new production plants throughout the world

  • Gather market intelligence and standardize technologies

  • Collaborate with internal service centers in innovative areas

  • Advise internal clients and coordinate requirements

    Your qualifications

  • Outstanding performance in the completion of a master’s degree in electrical engineering

(automation, energy, communications or drive technology)

  • International experience (study abroad, etc.) preferred

  • A technology mindset and a willingness to work on novel issues

  • A passion for n etworking and a love of interdisciplinary teamwork

  • A talent for communication and an outstanding ability to apply your expertise to the search for sustainable solutions

  • Business fluency in English and a ready willingness to learn German (level C1)

  • Ability to relocate for domestic and international project assignments
