The Total Rewards Analyst/HR Generalist will support and/or lead a variety of activities related to our global Total Rewards programs focusing on benefits and compensation program administration, analysis, compliance and employee onboarding. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Supports annual compensation review planning and annual wellness programming, communications, and reporting • Conduct job evaluations and market pricing for existing and new jobs. • Prepare compensation studies and recommendations on subjects such as base pay, bonus plans, and other pay practices. • Submit organizational data to salary surveys, which includes mapping jobs. • Establish effective onboarding procedures and conduct new employee orientation. • Implement employee engagement activities and continuously strive to improve and enhance the employee experience. • Support administration of JBT Global Mobility program. • Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies. • Special projects as assigned to support ongoing HR enhancements. • Serves as main contact for day-to-day compensation matters; escalates issues to the Total Rewards Manager as needed. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • 4+ years of job-related experience. Experience with publicly traded global employer a plus. • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Demonstrated knowledge of HRIS and other compensation and benefits administration systems. • General knowledge of ERISA, payroll tax and employment law. • Proficiency with generating custom and ad-hoc reports; and the ability to consolidate multiple data sources to produce meaningful and accurate analysis. • Proficiency with MS Office applications, emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint. • Adaptable self-starter, with the ability and desire to thrive in a dynamic and demanding environment. • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. • Detail-oriented and ability to work with a sense of urgency. • Able to manage time and prioritize tasks.
