Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting all assigned Talent Acquisition processes and the administration of related HR business procedures. Under supervision of the TA Manager, the TA Specialist will support the full cycle recruitment process and will also be responsible for other aspects of Talent Acquisition such as researching market trends, creative sourcing activities, reporting, and other strategic initiatives based on business needs.
Position Holder is Accountable For:
Manages the full cycle recruitment of assigned positions.
Assist in the onboarding process.
Provides education and subject matter expertise to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Maintains a resource library for all recruitment related business processes.
Manages the HR onboarding and offboarding process for all employees.
Under direction of TA Manager, create and maintain dashboards for analytics and reporting.
Lead the RQIP summer internship program and partner with hiring managers.
Support compliance and reporting needs related to recruiting.
Additional HR duties and projects as assigned.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in organizational psychology, business, or related field (a combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree for otherwise highly qualified candidates)
Minimum of three years of relevant experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work Eastern Standard hours
Ability to work independently and with all levels of the organization
A commitment to diversity in recruitment practices
Experience working with ADP or other ATS analytics dashboards
The estimated annual base salary for this position is $65,000 to $70,000. Please note this range does not include any other compensation or benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, level of education attained, and/or professional certifications, years of relevant experience, special skills, etc.
