Responsibilities

Supply Chain Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Set-up previously produced and brand new items via Winshuttle templates.

• Create alternate BOM and Routings for finished good items.

• Create reports for various BOM and Routing changes such as board, box, bag, work center changes, print lot size changes, etc.

• Send tasks to the master data group to update long text, plant output rates, calculate ink usage, unit of measure issues, etc.

• Complete special projects such as the transition from current board supplier to new suppliers.

• Respond to requests from manufacturing plants and various supply chain departments.

• Develop a relationship with our print plate manufacturer and provide guidance for creating product artwork.

• Collaborate with paper plants to determine best location and production lines to produce product.

• Work with packaging engineer group to review and make executive decisions on artwork for customers packaging.

• Research and help resolve outgoing defects of paper product to prevent future quality issues.

• Proactively anticipate customers needs and prioritize action steps.

• Have direct relationship with our sales team as well as their customers to answer any questions about our product and processes.

• Gain a overall understanding of how paperboard is printed and then formed into finished good cases.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Previous SAP experience is required

• Ability to gather and analyze information from a diverse set of sources and individuals to fully understand a problem

• Attention to detail and thorough communication skills

• Experience working on a team and cross functionally

• Microsoft office (Excel, MS Word) skills are required

• Multi-tasking, prioritization and time management skills

• Prior customer service experience is preferred
