Salary: Competitive - $70,000 - $90,000

Role Overview: As our Staffing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our projects are staffed with the right mix of talent to meet client demands efficiently. You'll be responsible for managing capacity and utilization, making strategic staffing decisions, and coordinating with HR to guide our future hiring strategies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Capacity/Utilization Management: Ensure optimal team utilization across various projects.

  • Assignments & Reassignments: Match projects with the perfect mix of skills and personalities.

  • Hiring: Identify future hiring needs.

  • Staff Knowledge & Skills Tracking: Maintain a database of team skills and manage professional development.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in staffing, resource management, or a similar role.

  • Exceptional analytical, planning, and communication skills.

  • Experience in accounting or financial services is a plus.
