PamTen, Inc. Staff Business Systems Analyst (Oracle ERP Fusion Financials Functional) in United States

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle Fusion/Cloud Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Taxes, and Expenses.

  • Perform ongoing maintenance and support for the Oracle Fusion Financials suite to ensure smooth business operations.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for financial system enhancements and modifications.

  • Develop and document functional specifications for required configurations and customizations.

  • Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and resolving functional issues in the financial modules.

  • Ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements, particularly India localization features.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Fusion Financials with other business applications and processes.

  • Assist in training users and providing knowledge transfer to the in-house teams.

  • Conduct periodic system health checks, perform upgrades, and ensure system stability.

  • Stay updated with Oracle Cloud updates and releases and assess the impact on current configurations.

    Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Oracle ERP/Cloud experience with functional expertise in Oracle Fusion / Cloud Financials

  • 2 to 3 full life cycle implementations of Oracle ERP/Cloud experience

  • Must have expert Level knowledge of Oracle Fusion / Cloud Financial Modules: Account Payables, Account Receivables, General Ledger, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Expenses & Tax.

  • Must have experience in Requirement Gathering, Fit-Gap Analysis, Configuration Documentation, System Configuration/setup, End to End Testing, Data migration leveraging FBDI, Working with technical team.

  • Expertise in Fusion OTBI (oracle transactional business intelligence) reporting and hands-on experience with BI publisher

  • Lead and engage with the business stakeholders at different levels to understand business needs.

  • Analyze and evaluate the business requirements and make solution recommendations
