Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the collection and documentation of user requirements

  • Analyzing, designing, and driving solutions for major components and features

  • Ensuring secure, high code quality across the entire team

  • Investigating and resolving production management incidents, problems, and service requests.

  • Interfacing with key stakeholders and business leaders

  • Working with cross-functional teams for delivery

  • Engage with vendor technology partners to maintain and support SaaS Solutions

  • AI technology lead within the global Anti-Financial Crimes & Risk management team

  • Develop & Implement AI use cases end to end leveraging – internal / external vendor tools

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Quantitative Fields (Engineering, Physics, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.)

  • Three plus years in full-stack software engineering

  • Ability to build, deliver and operate complex, cloud-based systems

  • Knowledge of coud based infrastructure

  • Proficiency with .NET custom development using C# and ASP.NET MVC

  • Proficiency with, at least, one web language such as JavaScript, Typescript, PHP

  • Experienced in delivering automation capabilities.

  • Knowledge of core AI principles (Machine Learning, Large Language Models)

Preferred:

  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Quantitative Fields (Engineering, Physics, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.)

  • Five plus years overall experience in technology role

  • Proficient in Python

  • Proficiency with various database technologies and solutions, including both SQL and NoSQL

  • Knowledge of Actimize Sanctions Screening Solution

  • Proficient in Compliance Framework (Transaction Monitoring, Customer Risk Rating & ABC Principles)

  • DevOps practices for CI/CD, release management, and automation using Azure DevOps

  • Git-based repositories such as GitHub, Bitbucket or Azure Repos

  • Domain expertise where NLP and/or perceptive solutions can be applied

  • Works independently on complex level data gathering, checking, and analysis tasks

  • Understanding of machine-learning and operations research

  • Knowledge of Google Baard, Azure Open AI or Hugging face model repository

  • Analytical mind and business acumen

  • Problem solving aptitude.

  • Knowledge and working experience with Agile methodologies

This role is also eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation.
