Process Improvement and Innovation:
Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization within the business.
Develop and propose innovative solutions to enhance business operations through automation.
Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve automation strategies and techniques.
Advocate for the adoption of new tools and technologies that support process improvements.
Reporting and Analysis:
Create and present reports on project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
Perform data analysis to support decision-making and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of automation initiatives and SDLC improvements.
Work Location:India-RemoteQualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science (preferred), Information Systems, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, within a software engineering or automation environment.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation.
Experience with SDLC methodologies and process improvement.
Knowledge of automation tools and technologies (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of programming languages and scripting, understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
