We are seeking a talented Software Developer to join our team focused on applications development for cyber competitions. In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design, develop, and deploy software applications that support cybersecurity challenges and competitions.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain software applications tailored to cybersecurity challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.
Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
Required Qualifications
Must be US citizen or non-citizen lawfully admitted for permanent residence
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Proven experience in software development, preferably in applications development
Proficiency in programming languages
Familiarity with web development frameworks and front-end technologies
Experience with database management systems and cloud services
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in developing challenges for or actively participating in cybersecurity competitions (e.g., CTFs, cyber exercises)
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS
Proficient in C#, Typescript, Markdown, or other ubiquitous languages
