Overview
We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator to join our 80+ person Social Strategy discipline within our fast-growing Consumer & Content Experience practice.
As a Social Content Creator, you will be crafting social-first content that resonates with diverse audiences and breaks through feeds across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and X for a major FinTech client.
You will work alongside social strategists, community managers and a creative director to mine trending hashtags, cultural moments and community responses - and generate content that places the brand into the conversation in relevant, engaging and timely ways.
If you have a deep understanding of social platforms, a knack for crafting trend-forward content, and the creativity to push boundaries while staying true to the brand’s voice – then this role is for you!

Responsibilities
Trend Spotting & Ideation: Stay ahead of social trends and fintech topics, researching best-in-class examples, competitor content, and platform-native techniques. Translate these insights into actionable ideas for the client’s brands.
Content Development: Collaborate with the creative, social, and marketing teams to produce thumb-stopping content, prioritizing short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories.
Pre-Production & Storyboarding: Create storyboards, shot lists, and pre-production materials to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
Video Creation & Editing: Capture, edit, and produce original video content. Contribute to all phases of production, including filming, editing, color correction, and sound design.
Creative Execution: Define and develop branded style templates for social media assets, ensuring a cohesive look across all platforms.
On-Camera Hosting: Be comfortable stepping in front of the camera as a brand personality, leading interactive or trend-based content with energy and enthusiasm.
Innovative Thinking: Drive out-of-the-box ideas to keep the content fresh, relatable, and shareable, focusing on fintech innovation and user value.
Qualifications
Content Expertise: Proven experience in photography, videography, and editing, with a strong understanding of visual storytelling.
Platform Savvy: In-depth knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube content strategies and styles, with a focus on short-form video. You are someone who lives on the For You Page and loves creating content that engages, entertains, and inspires.
Creative Tools Mastery: Expertise in editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut) and familiarity with production equipment (e.g., ring lights, tripods, backdrops).
Visual Mindset: Strong understanding of composition, lighting, angles, and other creative fundamentals.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate creative direction and workflows.
Fintech Knowledge: Familiarity with fintech products, trends, and consumer behaviors is a plus, enabling content that connects with the client’s audience.
Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Innovative Spirit: A passion for creating boundary-pushing, trend-setting content that resonates with today’s digital audience
Requirements:
3-5+ years of experience working in social marketing in a creator or publishing role for a well-known brand or within an agency, as a guide
Expert understanding of all major social platforms, their formats and their features - especially TikTok and Instagram
Proven experience making social-first content and video
Experience publishing content flawlessly and managing complex content calendars
Ability to create post copy that is SEO optimized and will grab people’s attention in the feeds
Ability to use insights and data to inform content planning, content mix and post timing
Strong video editing skills including expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and CapCut
Strong graphic design skills including expertise in Adobe Creative Suite

Compensation Range: $72,500 - $97,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
