About the Role
Join our team as a Senior Product Manager driving AI innovation initiatives across Second Nature’s business. Reporting to the VP of Product, the Senior PM will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI-driven solutions, working cross functionally with the engineering, design, and business teams to deliver impactful outcomes. This role is central to driving high-value business results with cutting-edge AI technologies.

Opportunities
Improve product activation rates by 25% by identifying precise failure points and introducing solutions. Collaborate with RevOps and other teams to research, find and solve for gaps in the process using ai.
Streamline customer onboarding from weeks to days with 99% accuracy.
Increase fulfillment automation through internal applications to reduce error rates; improving time to activation.
Ideate to help our Property Manager customers generate new revenue streams.
Improve Net Promoter Scores by 20% through training/optimizing a delightful & efficient customer support function.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the innovation process:
Design and execute innovation sprints, from discovery through validation, ensuring alignment with business goals
Own the discovery backlog, prioritize opportunities, & manage the intake process for new ideas from cross-functional teams
Product strategy & roadmap:
Define & execute a product strategy and roadmap that leverages AI to deliver transformative outcomes across key business functions (e.g., Customer Success, Revenue Operations, etc)
Cross-functional collaboration:
Partner with engineering, design, data science, & business teams to prototype and validate AI solutions
Execution & delivery:
Lead the ideation, prototyping, testing, & refinement of AI solutions
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for each initiative that directly correlate with business impact
More About You
4+ years of experience in product management or related roles
Experience working as a product manager directly with AI related projects
Experience leading product innovation processes, ideally involving artificial intelligence or machine learning
Deep understanding of AI technologies (e.g., Generative AI, machine learning models) & their applications in solving business problems
Experience leading new product development in ambiguous '0-1' environments where rapid prototyping & iteration were essential
