What is the job about?

As our team member, youwill play a vital role on ensuring the availability of correct product & material master data. in the design and development of existing products supporting the transfer of products to the full value chain You will be allocated in the Domestic Cold Water Transfer team in charge of transferring products while ensuring an End-to-End perspective of the design.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Build, validate and verify or document new and existing products by handling all relevant Product & Material Master Data, -structures and -documents within an agreed area according to Grundfos Group Standards and Processes to ensure efficient data flow throughout the entire Value Chain

  • Handling all data & structure activities within the agreed DP project or PLM activity according to related Processes & Standard

  • Suggest improvements to data maintenance processes

  • Continuously live up to and improve data quality within own area

  • Communicate to stakeholders outside the project on status and progress

  • Activity execution within the defined framework

  • Understand the importance of correct data & information and act as the gatekeeper and ambassador for data quality within own area

  • Suggest process and tool improvements.

  • Secure that Product Master Data & Information are in place for project milestones.

  • Document results and provide advice to solutions.

Your background

  • Equivalent work experience

  • Experience with data and SAP

  • Advanced communication skills in English, oral as well as in writing
