Exabeam is looking for a high-performing, experienced Senior Manager, ABM Campaigns to develop the strategy, execution, and performance of ABM campaigns for multiple segments. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing 1:1 ABM programs that penetrate key accounts for the sales team within specific, targeted accounts and contacts.

The successful candidate must have prior ABM experience, strong project management skills, work with a sense of urgency, and have the ability to build trust with product marketing and sales. Duties include research that will inform custom and compelling high-touch assets, developing bespoke penetration and engagement strategies, writing clear and impactful copy, working closely with senior members of the sales team, and leading the charge across channels and tools to execute campaigns, including email, direct mail, social engagement, high-touch virtual meetings, content customization, content syndication, and more.

The Exabeam Demand Generation team puts a heavy emphasis on accountability, delivering results, and helping our sales team achieve their quotas. While the Senior Manager, ABM Campaigns will be heavily involved in strategizing and executing multi-channel programs, before jumping into the various channels & tactics, a key part of the role will be your ability to outline a clear, compelling strategy and generate alignment from all of the key stakeholders.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Demand Generation, you'll join a group of highly collaborative and entrepreneurial marketers that drive the cross-functional orchestration of integrated marketing campaigns to accelerate quality outcomes for the business by delivering segment specific KPIs: Account engagement, ABM leads, MQLs and pipeline. You'll be the lead on driving the development and execution of measurable, high-impact Account Based Marketing initiatives to successfully engage target accounts, leading to the generation of qualified pipeline opportunities for the Exabeam sales teams.


  • Minimum 5+ years experience in B2B marketing running campaigns and ABM from strategy to execution to measurement and reporting

  • Experience with modern marketing principles, including ABM, integrated campaigns, demand gen best practices, optimum mix of tactics, and vehicles for targeting Enterprise named account preferred (1:1, 1:few, and 1:many campaigns).

  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and ABM platforms (SFDC, Marketo and Salesloft or Demandbase preferred)

  • Data-driven mindset and the ability to deliver the most relevant insights that accurately describe the campaign performance, the account metrics and the impact metrics (revenue, pipeline) are critical functions of this role.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail and flawless execution.

  • Ability to present program strategy and plans clearly, collect and act on feedback from a broad group of stakeholders

  • Collaborative in nature and desire to work as a team; comfortable working with Product Marketing and Sales teams, cross-functional marketing teams

  • Ability to execute programs on time, on budget, and with existing resources.

  • Excellent organization and planning skills

  • Must be proactive, self-motivated, detail oriented and is highly metrics focused
